Late 2015 - Third school workshop with a smashing bunch of young ladies and gentlemen to Bali with Bali Diving Academy, followed by another freediving course with the marvellous folks at Apneista and some marvellous Mola-hunting dives off Lembongan with Marianne as well as some Manta dives - nailed it this time.
Short but wonderful Antarctic season with the superb team at Antarctica XXI, on perhaps the best little expedition vessel out there for the ice - Ocean Nova.
Early 2016 - New Zealand then up to Vanuatu, Solomons, Papua New Guinea and through some fabulous parts of Indonesia with Noble Caledonia and Caledonian Sky. Inspired and revitalised by the reefs and upwellings of the Indonesia throughflow, very keen to focus on these hotspot areas over the next few years. Now in Bali freediving, diving and messing around with underwater camera and video set-up.
'Having Jamie at Red Sea Diving Safari is always a pleasure. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience which he is very generous in sharing with our guests. His evening presentations are engaging and fun, and offer a unique approach to learning marine biology. We very much look forward to his next workshop' - Sarah O. Environmental manager at Marsa Shagra
'We really enjoyed our week of marine biology and diving with you. For us it was a very significant week in so many different ways... very much the beginning of a new phase of our lives. It was great to have your encouragement and stimulation'
- Richard B, workshop participant and recently-retired science teacher
